• Booking details (party size, date and time) when you reserve a table, whether through OpenTable or directly with us.
• Payment and billing information when you purchase a gift card, which is collected and processed by Square, not stored by us.

We use your information to confirm and manage reservations, respond to enquiries, deliver gift cards, and comply with legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Who we share it with

We share information with the third-party services we rely on to run the restaurant:

• OpenTable, to process and manage table reservations made through our booking page.
• Square, to process gift card purchases and payments.
• Google Maps, to display our location on the Contact page.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

How long we keep your information

We keep reservation and enquiry details only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose they were collected for, or as required by tax and accounting law, after which they are securely deleted.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
